Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold or be eligible for a valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working with intensive needs (self-contained) populations preferred
• Adaptable to a variety of age groups (grades 6-post secondary and elementary multi-grade)
• Comfortable managing caseloads of approximately 10 students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability and willingness to travel for school-based needs (including fly-in assignments)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver individualized instruction for students with intensive needs in self-contained settings
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

• Collaborate with general education faculty to integrate inclusive practices
