Special Education Teacher in Sterling Heights, MI

A full-time Special Education Teacher opportunity is available to support K-12 students with mild to moderate needs. This contract position extends through June 12, 2026, with an immediate start, and is located in Sterling Heights, MI.

Responsibilities include working directly with students to assess and address their unique learning requirements. The teacher will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with state standards and student goals. Collaborating with general education teachers, specialists, and families to provide a comprehensive educational experience is essential. The role requires an in-person commitment during standard school hours.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Michigan Special Education (SPED) Certification with endorsement
