We are seeking an educator who holds a valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education license. Your background and passion for serving diverse learners will ensure each student’s individual needs are met and their strengths celebrated.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education teaching license
• Experience adapting curriculum and instruction for students with IEPs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging classroom climate
• Commitment to continuous professional development and advocacy for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective lesson plans tailored to students’ IEP goals
• Provide direct instruction in academic, behavioral, and functional skills
• Track student progress and maintain ongoing documentation
• Partner with general education teachers, specialists, and parents to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and maintain compliance with education laws and policies
