Case Manager - New Hampshire

Make a meaningful impact as a Special Education Teacher / Case Manager in New Hampshire! This is a contract opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year, with a start date as soon as possible through mid-June.

Key Qualifications

• Valid New Hampshire Special Education certification
• Bachelor’s degree in special education or a related field
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and special education practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Special education case management experience
• Experience in inclusive settings, behavioral supports, small or rural school districts, or supporting students with high needs preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with student needs and IEP goals.
• Coordinate IEP development, implementation, and review.
• Maintain special education documentation and track required timelines.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional supports as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
• Support inclusive learning environments and behavioral interventions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state special education requirements.
