  • Experience supporting pre-school students with diverse needs
  • Strong understanding of IEPs, accommodations, and specialized instruction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Adaptability and creativity in lesson planning and instructional delivery

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted instruction to pre-school students in a small group or one-on-one setting
  • Implement compensatory services as required by students’ IEPs
  • Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and provide timely updates
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Consult and coordinate with speech-language pathologists (SLP) and other specialists to optimize student success
  • Engage in ongoing communication with parents and staff regarding student progress
