Your Role:

• Provide specialized instruction and support for students in a resource setting, ensuring individualized education plans (IEPs) are effectively implemented.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to develop strategies that enhance student learning and inclusion.
• Assess student abilities and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress, IEP goals, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student growth, independence, and confidence.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• A current Special Education Teacher certification (Intervention Specialist credentials preferred).
• Experience working with K-8 students, ideally within a resource caseload.
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
