Special Education Teacher - Strongsville, Ohio

Three full-time Compliance Managers are needed to serve for the upcoming school year, providing critical case management and compliance oversight rather than direct instruction. Each Compliance Manager will be based at a single K-8 location, ensuring focused attention and support for that site.

This position centers on collaborating with teachers and special education staff to ensure alignment with educational standards and individualized education plans (IEPs). Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, monitoring documentation, and maintaining thorough compliance with regulations. Hybrid work schedules—three days remote and two days in-person per week—will be considered, providing flexibility for the ideal balance of teamwork and productivity.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching credentials or licensing
• Background in Special Education and compliance requirements
• Experience in a school setting, ideally K-8
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff
• Meticulous attention to detail for documentation and compliance oversight
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:
