Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification (appropriate for preschool level)
• Demonstrated experience working with preschool-aged children in special education settings
• Proficiency in implementing and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong skills in differentiating instruction to support diverse learners
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
• Experience creating a safe and positive classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality early childhood special education services to students with a range of developmental needs
• Develop and adapt individualized lesson plans building on student strengths and addressing their challenges
• Conduct regular IEP meetings, collaborating with families and support staff to ensure goals are achieved
