Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Credential for California
• Background working with elementary students, preferably in resource or inclusion settings
• Familiarity with mild to moderate disabilities and individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong skills in collaboration, differentiation, and positive behavior strategies
• Excellent communication abilities with students, staff, and families
• Adaptability to support diverse learners and changing classroom needs

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized instructional plans for students with mild/moderate disabilities
• Provide both push-in and pull-out services to accommodate student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
• Monitor and document academic and behavioral goals
