What We’re Looking For:

• Current New Hampshire Special Education Teacher certification (required)
• Experience delivering individualized and group instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Ability to adapt instruction across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Availability for on-site work only; remote options are not available

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction following students’ IEPs and individual learning goals
• Work across three distinct school sites, supporting students from 1st through 11th grade
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, families, and related service providers to foster student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and progress reviews as required
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Support a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
