The schedule is full-time, with hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and you’ll be based entirely onsite, ensuring strong, consistent connections with students and colleagues.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Special Education (SPED) Teacher certification required
• Experience or genuine enthusiasm for working in a specialized middle school program
• Commitment to individualized instruction and inclusive educational practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to cultivate a positive and supportive classroom environment for diverse learners

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing tailored instruction and support to a caseload of 15 students within the Learning for Life Program
• Designing and implementing effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to foster student success
• Monitoring student progress and adapting strategies to maximize growth and engagement
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student performance and interventions
