Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop, adapt, and deliver individualized lesson plans and interventions for students with special needs
  • Manage and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, assessments, and meetings
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure students' educational and social-emotional growth
  • Provide support in classroom management and positive behavior strategies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
