As a dedicated special education professional, you'll impact the lives of approximately 21 students—though this number may decrease—providing personalized instruction and guidance to help each learner succeed. The schedule runs from 7:35 a.m. to 3:10 p.m., totaling 37.5 hours per week for an engaging, consistent work routine.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Arkansas State Special Education teaching license
- Experience or knowledge in K-12 special education environments
- Confident in adapting teaching strategies for diverse learning needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with colleagues, students, and families
- Committed to maintaining accurate student records and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and support a caseload of K-12 students in a resource room setting
