Qualifications:

  • Valid Arkansas State Special Education License
  • Experience within K-12 special education settings preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Teach and support a caseload of up to 21 students (subject to reduction)
  • Plan and deliver individualized instruction in a resource room environment
  • Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and specialists
  • Maintain required documentation and progress monitoring
  • Engage in professional development and school activities
  • Daily hours: 7:35 AM–3:10 PM, 37.5 hours per week
