Job Title: Elementary Special Education Teacher
Location: Near Taylor, Michigan (48180)
Assignment Type: Full-Time Contract Opportunity

Assignment Dates:
• 2026–2027 School Year
• Full school year opportunity available

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• Full-Time Hours
• Competitive school-based schedule with built-in prep support

Caseload Details:
• Early elementary special education classroom
• Small classroom environment with classroom support staff
• Collaborative team setting focused on student success

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized instruction and classroom support
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and communication needs
• Collaborate with school staff and related service providers
• Maintain student documentation and IEP compliance
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment

Requirements:
• Active Michigan Special Education Certification required
• Elementary SPED experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and classroom management skills preferred
• Experience with AAC or classroom technology supports is a plus
