What You’ll Bring:

  • Valid elementary teaching certification
  • Current certification in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for grades K–1 (ACT 18)
  • Previous experience in special education preferred
  • Flexibility and a collaborative mindset
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaging classroom environment

Your Role:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction within an elementary K–1 ASD classroom (max 8 students)
  • Utilize an updated, ready-to-use curriculum
  • Work closely with three dedicated paras and a full support team: speech, SSW, OT, ASD coach, and more
  • Adapt and differentiate instruction to support each child’s unique needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families
