A Special Education Teacher with expertise in telehealth services is needed to provide specialized intervention at the secondary school level. This contract position offers 20 hours per week of meaningful work supporting students with diverse learning needs in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized special education instruction via telehealth platforms
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with school staff and caregivers to monitor progress and adjust strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with educational standards
- Provide timely communication regarding student development and concerns
Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience delivering special education instruction through telehealth or remote services
- Strong communication skills to engage students and coordinate with educational teams
- Familiarity with intervention strategies for secondary school students
- Ability to adhere to contractual commitments without overlapping with other assignments
