Virtual Special Education Teacher | New Hampshire

A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available in Manchester, New Hampshire to provide telehealth services across Pre-K through 12th grade. This full school year contract role requires valid Vermont teaching certification in Special Education.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering specialized educational instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs through telehealth platforms.
• Designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with state guidelines.
• Collaborating with families and educational teams to monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
