Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate IEPs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administration
• Modify curriculum and classroom activities to accommodate unique learner requirements and maximize student engagement
• Monitor and document student progress, performing ongoing assessments for academic, behavioral, and social development
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions as required
