This full-time, school-year clerical position is focused on supporting Medi-cal processing within a dynamic educational environment. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with and processing Medi-cal or similar Medicaid requests.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to monitor, verify, and follow up on time surveys accurately.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with school staff and administration.
- Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and clarify random time surveys from Medicaid, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Coordinate with Special Education staff and other district members to confirm proper procedures are followed.
- Attend monthly meetings with Medi-cal representatives to review policies and ensure compliance.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and interactions related to Medi-cal processes.
