• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and interventions for students in a Learning Services or SSN setting
• Adapt curriculum and teaching techniques to individual student needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work closely with colleagues, families, and support staff to foster a collaborative learning community
• Maintain timely and accurate student records and progress reports
• Provide support and advocacy for students’ educational and developmental needs
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
