Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Active Colorado DOE Certification with Special Education endorsement required
• Experience supporting students with significant autism and emotional dysregulation
• Skilled in working with non-verbal students and using AAC devices
• Comfortable building life skills and structured routines for elementary learners
• Strong skills in de-escalation, behavior management, and working collaboratively with paras and specialized service staff

Responsibilities

• Full-time, on-site positions available at a variety of elementary and middle schools in the North Denver area
• Develop and implement IEPs, individualized support systems, and data-driven interventions
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals and other educators to promote student success
• Manage caseloads that may include students with significant autism and emotional needs
