Qualifications

• Active Colorado DOE Teacher License with Special Education Generalist (Ages 5-21) Endorsement
• Experience with mild-moderate (Learning Specialist) and/or significant needs (SSN Teacher) caseloads preferred
• Ability to start quickly and complete all time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting
• Strong collaboration, flexibility, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction at either a single or split-school assignment (middle school level)
• Support students with mild-moderate or significant cognitive/communicative disabilities
• Effectively manage caseloads, documentation, and parental/IEP team communication
• Advocate for inclusive, student-centered learning
