Key Responsibilities:

• Design individualized lesson plans and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to student needs
• Assess student skills and track progress towards IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student performance and program compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and family members
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Employ evidence-based behavioral and instructional strategies
• Provide regular communication and resources to students’ caregivers
