Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education (282) Teaching License required.
- Demonstrated experience or training in resource classrooms, 1:1 case management, or both.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to inclusive practices and individualized instruction.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop, implement, and modify Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Manage a flexible caseload based on your expertise, with no more than 15-20 students for resource classrooms or 8-10 for 1:1 caseloads.
- Create structured, engaging, and supportive learning environments that promote student success.
- Work closely with general education staff and related service providers to ensure cohesive support for all learners.
- Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and communicate regularly with families.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations.
