Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Special Education (282) Teaching License required.
  • Demonstrated experience or training in resource classrooms, 1:1 case management, or both.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to inclusive practices and individualized instruction.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop, implement, and modify Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Manage a flexible caseload based on your expertise, with no more than 15-20 students for resource classrooms or 8-10 for 1:1 caseloads.
  • Create structured, engaging, and supportive learning environments that promote student success.
  • Work closely with general education staff and related service providers to ensure cohesive support for all learners.
  • Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and communicate regularly with families.
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations.
