What We’re Seeking:

• Experience teaching Special Education at elementary or high school (10th and 11th grade) levels
• Flexibility to work with various age groups, including self-contained elementary or high school classrooms
• Open to candidates with any valid teaching certifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability and the ability to motivate and inspire students with diverse learning needs
• Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, and support staff

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in self-contained settings
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to students’ unique abilities
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment focused on student success
• Track and document student progress, maintaining open communication with parents and teams
• Employ evidence-based strategies to address academic, social, and behavioral goals
• Contribute ideas and participate in ongoing team meetings
