Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Special Education Teaching certification for the state of Alabama (or ability to secure reciprocity in a timely manner).
• Strong background in adapting curriculum for diverse learners with various disabilities.
• Experience delivering instruction and individualized plans in a self-contained classroom setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage small-group dynamics and foster positive learning environments.
• Skilled in collaborating with support staff, including teaching aides, for cohesive classroom management.

Primary Responsibilities:
