What We’re Seeking:

• Valid Alabama Special Education licensure with appropriate endorsement(s)
• Documented experience working in self-contained classrooms
• Ability to manage and adapt to diverse student needs within a special education caseload
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Onsite availability only—remote/virtual work not available
• Please note: Substitutes are not considered for this role

• Develop and deliver individualized education plans in self-contained environments
• Collaborate closely with school teams, families, and related services staff
• Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring for a caseload of up to 20 students
