Key Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina Special Education teaching license, including Early Childhood endorsements
• Proven experience working with developmental delay (DD) populations in PreK or early childhood settings
• Strong understanding of the unique needs of preschool-aged children requiring specialized instruction
• Exceptional classroom management and collaborative skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for 3-year-old students with developmental delays
• Collaborate closely with families, related services staff, and other educators to ensure holistic, student-centered support
• Create an engaging, nurturing classroom environment fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Assess student progress regularly and adapt instruction to maximize learning outcomes
