Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Active South Carolina Department of Education teaching license (SCDE)
  • Experience and comfort working with special education needs
  • Ability to start as soon as possible and commit through 5/27/27
  • Willingness to work a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized instruction and support for students in the Special Education program
  • Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state guidelines
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, staff, and families to foster positive learning environments
  • Track progress, maintain records, and participate in team meetings
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet unique student needs
