Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet students’ individual needs.
  • Administer assessments and track student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth and participation.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success.
  • Provide direct and indirect instruction in accordance with IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate records for compliance, reporting, and communication purposes.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, ongoing professional development, and school activities as needed.
