Embark on an engaging full-time contract opportunity as a Special Education Teacher serving onsite in a supportive school setting near Victoria, VA. This position opens for the 2026–2027 school year and entails making a direct impact with small, co-taught caseloads at both the primary and middle school levels.

In this role, you will be working collaboratively with general education staff to create inclusive, dynamic classrooms for students in grades 3–4 and 7–8. Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification or eligibility for certification in Virginia
• Experience facilitating co-taught classrooms preferred

• Familiarity with best practices in differentiated instruction and classroom management

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-teach grades 3–4 at the primary level and grades 7–8 at the middle school level
• Serve diverse learners in caseloads of less than 10 students per setting
• Develop, maintain, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with students, families, and instructional staff
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth
• Collaborate actively with colleagues to adapt instruction and implement interventions
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the compliance of special education policies
