Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current Special Education Teacher license (appropriate to Minnesota requirements)
• Experience working with Emotional Behavior Disorders (EBD) preferred
• Previous experience in a middle school setting is a plus
• Strong skills in behavior management, IEP development, and progress tracking
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and behavioral support to middle school students with EBD
• Develop and adjust IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
