Qualifications:

• Current Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility for certification)

• Organizational skills and a passion for supporting student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans for students with special needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers to ensure coordinated support
• Monitor student progress and document achievements in accordance with IEP goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Engage actively in parent and team meetings to advocate for students’ needs
• Adapt instructional strategies and materials to foster achievement for each learner
