Qualifications & Experience:
- Certified Special Education Teacher with current credentials
- Experience teaching grades K-6 preferred
- Familiarity with resource, push-in, and pull-out models
- Skilled in managing caseloads and collaborating with paraprofessional support
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction to students in grades K-6 within resource, push-in, and pull-out settings
- Manage a caseload of 36 students, working closely with a para to ensure success
- Develop and implement IEP goals, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students
- Engage with classroom teachers and parents to ensure comprehensive support
