Qualifications & Experience:

• Certified Special Education Teacher with current credentials
• Experience teaching grades K-6 preferred
• Familiarity with resource, push-in, and pull-out models
• Skilled in managing caseloads and collaborating with paraprofessional support
• Strong organizational and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction to students in grades K-6 within resource, push-in, and pull-out settings
• Manage a caseload of 36 students, working closely with a para to ensure success
• Develop and implement IEP goals, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students
• Engage with classroom teachers and parents to ensure comprehensive support
