Key Details:

• Immediate start with assignment continuing through TBD
• Full-time schedule: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Manage a caseload of 15-20 middle school students

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts Special Education (Sped) Certification required
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher or Learning Specialist preferred
• Skillful in IEP (Individualized Education Program) development and implementation
• Adept at differentiating instruction for diverse learning styles
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with special needs
• Track student progress and adapt lesson plans to ensure growth and achievement
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Lead or participate in IEP meetings, maintaining thorough and timely documentation
