Qualifications & Experience:

• Current license in Special Education or as an Intervention Specialist (appropriate for teaching students with moderate to intensive disabilities)
• Classroom teaching experience with special needs populations, preferably in MD settings
• Strong understanding of IEP development, instructional strategies, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, collaborative, and organizational skills
• Adaptability and creativity to meet individual learning requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to the unique needs of students in a moderate to intensive disabilities classroom
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families to foster student success
