Two positions are available, each supporting a caseload of 10 students. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Previous experience in K-8 settings is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Excellent communication abilities for liaising with staff, students, and families
• Skilled in documentation, progress monitoring, and goal setting for students with diverse learning needs
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while prioritizing the success of each student

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with parents, general education teachers, and support staff
• Provide direct instruction and modify curriculum to support a caseload of 10 students
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Employ data-driven strategies to assess, track, and report on student progress
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
• Engage in ongoing professional development as required
