Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will support elementary students in a self-contained classroom serving students with cognitive impairments (CI), providing individualized instruction and fostering a supportive, structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to students’ learning needs.
-Provide specialized instruction in an elementary self-contained classroom.
-Support students’ academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth.
-Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
-Collaborate with classroom staff, related service providers, and families.
-Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
