A full-time Special Education teaching position is available to support elementary students with Autism and other developmental disabilities. This onsite role involves working with small classrooms of 8-12 students through the 2024-2025 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Adapt curriculum to support students with Autism and developmental disabilities in an elementary setting
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student development
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Certification in Special Education required
- Experience working with students on the Autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities preferred
- Ability to manage classrooms of 8-12 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to full-time, onsite teaching for the 2024-2025 school year

- Onsite placement in Warwick, RI
Interview Availability:
- Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Thursday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
