Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to develop and deliver Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective instruction tailored to individual student abilities and goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and accommodations to address unique learning challenges
• Collect and analyze student performance data to inform teaching approaches
• Provide positive behavior supports and foster social-emotional growth
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
