Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and assess individualized instructional strategies aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Deliver tailored instruction in individual, small group, and/or classroom settings
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and school team members to support student achievement
• Maintain accurate records, document student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster strong relationships with families to promote communication and student success
• Utilize technology and diverse resources to enhance learning for students with varying abilities
