• Ability to adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s specific needs
• Provide specialized instruction and support in inclusive and resource settings
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, offering updates and guidance
• Foster a supportive and encouraging classroom environment that promotes learning and development
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school meetings
