• 37.5 hours per week
• Serving JK–5th grade
• Caseload: 6–10 students

2. Emotional Impairment Categorical Program Teacher

• Start: January 2027 | End: June 12th, 2027
• 37.5 hours per week
• Serving 2nd–5th grades
• Caseload: 6–12 students

3. SXI Categorical Program Teacher

• Start: ASAP | End: June 12th, 2027
• 37.5 hours per week
• Serving Preschool–7th grade
• Caseload: 9 students

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Certification suitable for the state of Michigan
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher, ideally in categorical programs
• Deep understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with students with diverse learning abilities

• Deliver differentiated, individualized instruction to optimize student growth
• Develop and implement IEPs, monitoring progress and adapting strategies as needed
