Key Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency required
• Valid Special Education Teacher certification

• Familiarity with push-in and pull-out instructional models

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver push-in support for students with IEPs within general education classrooms, adapting materials and instruction to meet diverse needs
• Conduct pull-out sessions for small groups, focusing on targeted skills and personalized learning plans
• Collaborate with general education teachers to modify instruction and provide feedback on student progress
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for IEP meetings, tracking student growth and adjusting strategies as needed
• Foster positive, inclusive, and empowering classroom culture
• Communicate regularly with families to celebrate successes and address concerns
