Key Qualifications:

• Current certification in Special Education
• Bilingual proficiency required
• Previous experience working with IEPs preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide push-in support to students with IEPs inside general education classrooms
• Deliver targeted pull-out instruction to small groups based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized educational strategies
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions for optimal student achievement
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Advocate for and foster an inclusive learning environment
