As a bilingual professional, you will play a key role in fostering growth and achievement for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Your expertise will be utilized through a balanced model that both integrates and supports students within the general education classroom (push-in services), while also providing focused small group instruction in a pull-out setting. This position is ideal for educators passionate about building inclusive classrooms and responsive learning environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification in Special Education
- Bilingual proficiency required
- Previous experience working with IEPs preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide push-in support to students with IEPs inside general education classrooms
- Deliver targeted pull-out instruction to small groups based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized educational strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions for optimal student achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Advocate for and foster an inclusive learning environment
