Special Education Teacher - Waukesha, Wisconsin

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Special Education Teacher certification for the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students, particularly those in grades 3-5.
• Familiarity with inclusive classroom models and collaborative teaching approaches.
• Solid understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group instruction in a full inclusion classroom to support diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with varying exceptionalities.
