Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Special Education Teacher certification for the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students, particularly those in grades 3-5.

- Solid understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group instruction in a full inclusion classroom to support diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with varying exceptionalities.
- Employ differentiated instructional strategies to ensure academic and social growth for all students.
