What You'll Need:

• Hold appropriate Special Education teaching credentials valid in Wisconsin
• Have experience working with K-12 caseloads in self-contained or resource settings
• Demonstrated expertise in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and their implementation
• Ability to perform all general roles and responsibilities of a Special Education Teacher
• Strong work ethic and commitment to professional growth
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset to work effectively with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction supporting the unique educational needs of each student
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to promote academic and behavioral growth
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to student progress and services provided
