Role Highlights:

• Provide direct instruction to small groups (caseloads range from 7–8 up to 8 students per position)
• Develop, implement, and track IEP goals for your students

• Deliver tailored interventions and targeted instruction; no extreme behaviors reported
• Engage with a small number of students in intimate school settings (individual schools house 40 students or fewer)
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed
• Manage planning and preparation time in addition to direct student services (hours will be confirmed prior to start)
