Special Education Teacher in Weleetka, OK

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or an education-related field
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education for Oklahoma (or eligibility for reciprocity)
• Experience creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with differentiated instruction for a variety of learning needs
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver personalized instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Assess student progress and adjust methods to optimize learning outcomes
• Work in partnership with general education teachers, therapists, and families
