• Proficiency in creating, updating, and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Solid understanding of case management for students with special needs
• Good communication skills for collaborating with general educators, support staff, and families

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a classroom leader in either self-contained, co-teaching, or resource settings as assigned
• Develop and execute individualized lesson plans to support diverse learners
• Take charge of IEP writing, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and student-centered goals
• Manage IEP case files while coordinating meetings with students’ families and multi-disciplinary teams
• Provide modifications and accommodations to promote student success and inclusion
• Track progress, gather data, and communicate regularly on student achievements and needs
